Questions

When does a warehouse need sprinklers?

The triggers are floor area, volume and the storage, not the wall material. The report tells you where the design sits against them.

What drawings do you need?

Site plan, floor plans, elevations and sections as PDF. For alterations, as-built drawings of the existing building as well.

Do you inspect the site?

No. The report is prepared from the drawings, which is what makes the fee fixed and the delivery 72 hours.
