Fixed fees. Every price is the total including GST, with the fee before GST under it. One revision included on every BCA report and performance solution.

RevisionsA revision is a re-issue of the report responding to council or assessor comments on the same design. A redesigned building is a new report. A report lodged with the DA is re-issued at CC stage as the included revision when the design changed only for those comments. Access reports are revised at $1,100 inc GST ($1,000 + GST) each.
PaymentInvoiced once your drawing set is confirmed; the report is released when the invoice is paid. No card payment online.
PurposePre-DA, building approval (CC, CDC or BA), change of use and Livable Housing are the same fee.
