About BCA Reports
BCA Reports is the fixed-fee NCC report service of Absolute Approvals Pty Ltd, ABN 24 692 552 784. We assess building drawings against the National Construction Code and deliver the report in 72 hours from a complete drawing set, at a price you see before you give us your name.
Who signs the reports
Every report is signed by Justin Whytcross, registered certifier, registration 2211.
What we do
- BCA reports for houses, sheds, fitouts, warehouses and childcare centres, from $3,300 inc GST
- Access reports to NCC Part D4 and AS 1428.1
- Performance solutions for light and ventilation, stairs, handrails, tactile indicators and weep holes
- Apartments, boarding houses, hotels and aged care (Class 2, 3 and 9c), quoted by a certifier inside one business day
How it works
- The fee is on the screen, GST included, before you send anything
- The report is prepared from the drawings; there is no site inspection
- One revision is included on every BCA report and performance solution
- You are invoiced once the drawing set is confirmed complete
What we do not do
- Fire-engineered performance solutions: scoped and quoted separately
- Section J calculations and energy modelling: a separate report by an energy assessor
- Act as the certifier on a job we have reported on, as a rule; tell us who is certifying and we check
