Questions

Do we need the base building drawings?

Yes: the fitout is assessed against what the building provides. Send the fitout set and whatever base building plans you have; we tell you if a gap matters.

What drawings do you need?

Site plan, floor plans, elevations and sections as PDF. For alterations, as-built drawings of the existing building as well.

Do you inspect the site?

No. The report is prepared from the drawings, which is what makes the fee fixed and the delivery 72 hours.
