BCA report for a factory or industrial unit
A factory or industrial unit is assessed on what happens inside it as well as its size: the process, the storage, the fire load and the people. Construction type, compartmentation, exits, amenities and the fire services the floor area triggers are all in the report.

Questions
Is an industrial unit with an office upstairs one building?
Usually one building with two classes. The report assesses the office as a Class 5 part with the separation the NCC requires.
What drawings do you need?
Site plan, floor plans, elevations and sections as PDF. For alterations, as-built drawings of the existing building as well.
Do you inspect the site?
No. The report is prepared from the drawings, which is what makes the fee fixed and the delivery 72 hours.
