Questions

Does a CDC need a BCA report?

The certifier assesses the NCC before issuing the certificate. A report from the drawings resolves the questions before they become requests for information, which is where CDC timeframes are lost.

What drawings do you need?

Site plan, floor plans, elevations and sections as PDF. For alterations, as-built drawings of the existing building as well.

Do you inspect the site?

No. The report is prepared from the drawings, which is what makes the fee fixed and the delivery 72 hours.
