Questions

Is a café a change of use?

From a shop, usually not (both Class 6). From an office or warehouse, yes, and the whole tenancy is reassessed as a Class 6 part.

What drawings do you need?

Site plan, floor plans, elevations and sections as PDF. For alterations, as-built drawings of the existing building as well.

Do you inspect the site?

No. The report is prepared from the drawings, which is what makes the fee fixed and the delivery 72 hours.
